Long-term contracts provide numerable advantages to the Governmental Agencies that utilize them. Among these advantages is the simplification of the RFQ process selecting from a pool of qualified contractors, or the ability to negotiate with a single contractor on projects. Over the years, BCI has had a variety of long-term contracts with a number of Government Agencies. Included in these are the following:

MACC - Multiple Award construction Contract awarded to provide design/build services to the U.S. Air Force The 5 year contract has a maximum $75,000,000 - to date five contracts have been awarded to BCI.
IDIQ - Indefinite Quanitity/Indefinite Delivery. BCI has had several IDIQ contracts. Among the IDIQ's awarded to BCI are one Roofing and two consecutive Protective Coatings contracts US Air Force, two consecutive contracts for construction services to the VA, and a contract with the FAA for construction services.
MATOC - Multiple Award Task Order Contract. BCI has been awarded several MATOCs for construction services included in these are a contract with the Washington Air/Army National Guard and the U.S. Fish & Wildlife.
JOC - SJob Order Contract. Spokane Public Schools established the first ever JOC contract for a Washington school district and awarded the contract to BCI. Projects have included new floor finishes, new playgrounds, paving, fencing, sidewalks, window replacement, warehouse storage and whiteboard installations.
